Opening Times

The surgery reception is open from 08:00am – 6:30pm Monday to Friday.

Telephone lines are open from 8:00 am to 6.30 pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. On Thursday's our telephone line is diverted to our GP Enhance service from 1.00pm

GP Consultation times are:

Face to face appointments are available to all our patients, but you will be asked to discuss your conditions over the phone or online using our online e-consult service first to assess what would be most appropriate for you..

If you require a doctor outside normal surgery hours please ring 0208 519 3999 or NHS 111.

Enhanced Out-of-Hours Services

People living in Waltham Forest are now able to make an appointment to see a GP in the evenings on weekdays and at weekends.

GP Evening appointments will be available Monday - Friday 18:30 - 21:30, evening appointments will take place at a GP Practice in Leytonstone.  Appointments can only be booked by calling 0208 519 3999.

GP Weekend appointments will be available Saturday 9.00am-5.00pm  GP appointments are available at three locations

• Leytonstone: Saturday 
• Walthamstow: Saturday

Booking Line Hours

• Monday to Friday 09.00 – 21:00
• Saturday 09:00 – 17:00

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
